At UNION KINGDOM, we strive for absolute satisfaction with every garment; if you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags and packaging intact.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Place the items securely in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects and approves the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
